I offer a multitude of services included but not limited to:
On-site and Remote – I offer traveling to your site for a trip fee, and troubleshooting issues on-site which for majority of issues is the best way. I can remote in virtually and fix certain issues as well.
On-site or In Person
Consulting – I offer consulting for different areas of “information technology”. If you want a new computer but don’t know what will work best, new wifi, etc. Majority of this will be free information, but on occasion it may cost depending the depth of consulting needed. Feel free to reach out and I can tell you which it will be.
User training – If there is something you would like to learn regarding software, hardware, wifi, etc. I can help you. I will not sell you on anything that I can’t help with.
Computer or Laptop repair – I offer both hardware and software repair. For hardware I can come to you, or you can drop parts off. For Software sometimes remote installation/repair is easiest.
Hardware installation – If this is done at your place an additional trip fee will be in place, but the parts can be dropped off and picked up for no additional fee.
Data Recovery – I can attempt to retrieve data from crashed computers. No guarantee, but also no charge if I can’t. Occasionally it’s due to a fried hard drive. There are companies who are able to service these but the price reflects the difficulty to have it done.
Virus Removal – Virus removal can be done remotely or in person. It really depends on the virus severity.
Wifi and network installation – Always done at customer location. Need a new router, new mesh system, extenders, etc but don’t know how to hook up or configure yourself I can help.
Wifi analysis – Is your wifi connected but having issues? I can come do a wifi analysis to see what is going on. It could be interference, too many devices for that particular router, or a number of other issues.
Security camera setup – I can help you determine which system suits your needs, and help install and setup. I DO NOT go in crawl spaces or attics due to liability issues.
Backup solutions – Worried about losing your data if there is a power surge or if your computer crashes? I can help you figure out a solution to backup your data so no matter what you can still access it in that unfortunate event.
Home automation – Want to be able to control your lights or outlets via google home or amazon echo? I can help set those up, or can advise you on why or why not to use such devices.
Remote or Virtual
Tune-ups – Majority of the time this is all remote. If your computer is running slow, or something causing it to mess up I can remote in and look at it without coming to your place or having it dropped off.
Websites – Need to set up a new website or update the one you have? I offer services for both options. Price depends on complexity.
Graphic design – Some graphic design options include logos, flyers, posters, etc.

Website Design using WordPress
I can also design websites using WordPress. I set everything up so that the business owner owns everything but not limited to, hosting, domain, backups, etc. Website work can be a full project to just an hourly fee($75/hr).
